My mannequins are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed in a strong recycled box for safe delivery. Mannequins are sent dismantled and require a small amount of simple reassembly ie legs will need to be attached to the base.
UK mainland, UK offshore & European Union deliveries are made by DHL. All mannequins are fully trackable & traceable, so there is no chance of her being lost in the post!
USA, Canada & Australia deliveries are made by FEDEX.

Payment and Paypal
Payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card. If paying by cheque please make cheques payable to Lucy Curtis and post to Corset Laced Mannequins, Mount Pleasant, Moretonhampstead, Devon TQ13 8NY.
The option to pay by debit or credit card are carried out by paypal, so once you have selected this option you will be automatically directed to the Paypal secure site.
You dont have to have a paypal account, paypal is just used as a 'secure payment gateway'. This is why you are transferred to a secure paypal page on your screen, where it will then let you choose.
If you are a paypal customer you can transfer money direct from your own bank account OR if you're not a customer you can safely enter your credit / debit card details to make a payment. There is no charge for this, and they dont store your details. I pay charges for them to do this for me.

Care Information
Mannequin covers cannot be removed for cleaning so I recommend using a fabric protector such as Scotchguard. If you do need to clean the fabric, use a clean, damp sponge.
A gentle dusting, from time to time, with a clean cloth will remove debris from the top & base.

On orders of two or more tailored mannequins there is a 5% discount.

Mannequin Sizes
Standard mannequins are a size 10/12 but larger (14/16) and smaller (8/10) mannequins are available but there is an additional charge as they are not standard. Also, as I don't keep these in stock, there will be a delay in making up so if time of delivery is important, please email for a delivery time.
size 8/10 ~ 33.5" bust, 22" waist & 33" hips.
size 10/12 ~ 36" bust x 24" waist x 36" hips
size 12/14 ~ 39" bust x 28" waist x 40" hips

Returns Policy
I really do want you to be happy with your mannequin so if you are not completely satisfied with your mannequin, please contact me immediately. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Postal fees are at the buyers cost. If there is a genuine fault with the mannequin, I will replace or refund in full.

I can't find my favourite fabric. Can you make me one in other fabrics? TOP
Yes of course! As you can tell I love Laura Ashley fabric but I can use other fabrics too.
Please contact me first to discuss the fabric type/suitability, however, generally speaking, for a small patterned, medium weight cotton/linen fabric I would need 1.25metres of 140cm wide fabric. Larger quantities are required for larger and or symmetrical patterns where matching up is required (such as my Lydia mannequin).
