My mannequins are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed in a strong recycled box for safe delivery. Mannequins are sent dismantled and require a small amount of simple reassembly ie legs will need to be attached to the base.
UK mainland, UK offshore & European Union deliveries are made by UPS. All mannequins are fully trackable & traceable, so there is no chance of her being lost in the post!
USA, Canada & Australia deliveries are made by FEDEX or UPS.

You can pay using your debit or credit even if you don't have a Paypal or Google Checkout account. Just follow the instructions after clicking on the GO TO PAYMENTS button. After entering your delivery details, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can enter your card details. Paypal is a secure and well known payment processor.

Mannequin covers cannot be removed for cleaning so I recommend using a fabric protector such as Scotchguard. If you do need to clean the fabric, use a clean, damp sponge.
A gentle dusting, from time to time, with a clean cloth will remove debris from the top & base.

Yes of course! As you can tell I love Laura Ashley fabric but I can use other fabrics too.
Please contact me first to discuss the fabric type/suitability, however, generally speaking, for a small patterned, medium weight cotton/linen fabric I would need 1.25metres of 140cm wide fabric. Larger quantities are required for larger and or symmetrical patterns where matching up is required (such as my Lydia mannequin).

Standard mannequins are a size 10/12 but larger (12/14) and smaller (8/10) mannequins are available but there is an additional charge as they are not standard. Also, as I don't keep these in stock, there will be a delay in making up so if time of delivery is important, please email for a delivery time.

Returns Policy
I really do want you to be happy with your mannequin so if you are not completely satisfied with your mannequin, please contact me immediately. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Postal fees are at the buyers cost. If there is a genuine fault with the mannequin, I will replace or refund in full.
Please remember that my vintage pieces including mannequins will show signs of their previous lives. If your preference is pristine then they may not be for you.
I always try and fully describe vintage pieces but, of course, not every little mark/scratch can be mentioned. All obvious flaws will be described.
