We ship WORLDWIDE! All deliveries are fully traceable and require a signiture at delivery.

International buyers, please be aware that tax duties may be added at your end as per your country's tax laws.
Packing
All mannequins are carefully wrapped in bubblewrap and boxed in a strong, double walled, box for safe delivery. Mannequins are sent dismantled and require a small amount of reassembly ie legs will need to be attached to the base.
Returns
I really do want you to be happy with your manequin so if you are not completely satisfied or have any concerns, please contact me immediately. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Return postal fees are at the buyers cost. If there is a genuine fault with the mannequin, I will replace or refund in full.
Acknowledgement & acceptance of order
I will notify you by e-mail to confirm receipt of your order, however acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered and I will e-mail you again to confirm dispatch.
Accuracy of content
I take every care to ensure information on this site is accurate; however some prices or details shown on the website may change from time to time and it is possible that errors will occur. I will endeavour to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible. Should an error occur you will be given the option of either (a) confirming your offer to purchase subject to the correct description or price or (b) retracting your offer and receiving a full refund if the goods have been paid for.
